You will need the FTP Server Name or sometimes referred to as the FTP Host. If you do not know your FTP Server Name ask the provider that gave you the FTP information to access their files. They should be to provide the FTP Server Name.
The FTP Username is the second piece of information you will need to know. If you do not know your FTP Username ask the provider that gave you the FTP information to access their files.
