1. Load FileZilla.
  2. Use Quickconnect to connect to your FTP Server with credentials from your FTP Server Instruction email.
  3. Once connected you will select a file in your Remote site (FTP Server) that you want to download. Right Click and select download.
  4. You will see the file has downloaded and is listed in your Local site folder.
